We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (where applicable).
3. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, officers, and directors of One Touch Data Ltd. It also extends to third-party suppliers, service providers and partners working with us.
4. Our Commitments
- We will not tolerate the use of forced labour, child labour, bonded labour, or human trafficking in any part of our operation or supply chain.
- We will communicate our policy to suppliers and expect them to uphold the same standards.
- We will provide training and awareness to our employees to help them recognize and report any concerns.
- We will investigate any suspected breach of this policy and take appropriate action, including terminating relationships with suppliers or partners found to be in violation.
5. Responsibilities
- Management: Ensure this policy is implemented and maintained across the company and the supply chain.
- Employees: Report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy.
- Suppliers: Confirm compliance with this policy through contractual obligations and periodic checks.
6. Reporting Concerns
Employees and third parties are encouraged to raise concerns in good faith if they suspect instances of modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially to whistleblower@onetouchdata.com. No one who raises a concern in good faith will suffer retaliation.
7. Compliance and Review
We will review and update this policy annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts and/or legal action.
